HOOK: TMC 100/200R Mustad 94840 size 10-14
THREAD: UNI-Thread Tan 6/0 or 8/0
SHELL: Tan foam
BODY: Yellow foam- you can use other colors even chartreuse
WING: Deer hair- tied in tips front –butts back. Like a madam-x. Do not a full round head like the madam-x. Pull the wing over the top.
LEGGS: Round rubber or variegated round rubber or UNI-Flexx

This fly is fished flat so that is why it can imitate a hopper or caddis. If you lose the legs keep fishing it.
