Body: Axxel-Mini Multicolor
Hackle: Light Partridge Feather
Method:
Tie multicolor thread on to hook in touching turns to the bend of the hook, then return up to just before the hook eye, leaving enough room for tying in the hackle.
Tie in the hackle and wrap around the hook 3 times. Tie in the hackle with the multicolor thread and snip off the excess.
Build a nice head with the thread and then give the head a coat of varnish
Please see attached another Spider variant that I like to tie up. It's plain and simple but very effective in catching the trout here in Scotland.
